之前曾介紹拉丁音樂天王Manu Chao，今天再來聽聽Manu Chao單飛後的首發成名曲Bongo Bong / Je ne t'aime plus。話說1994年搖滾樂團Mano Negra解散後，Manu歷經波折，再次成團無望，卻也在不同國度、不同城巿結交新的朋友，創作新的聲音、新的風格。Manu錄製Clandestino（黑戶）這張專輯，原以為是告別音樂生涯的最後作品，也覺得應沒什麼人會喜歡這種音樂，沒想到推出後大獲成功，而且是世界級成功。
這張專輯Manu原本無視家人朋友反對，執意要做techno風格，但卻因一場軟體程式意外，將專輯所有techno結奏全部刪除，卻也讓原本的音樂更顯動人，令人能更加感受到Manu創作裡的風土民情，是不是很像命中註定的神來一筆。Bongo Bong是Mano Negra時期即有的歌曲，大家可比較一下新舊曲風。
